Our standard return policy is 30-days. You must contact us within 30-days of your order date, in order to initiate a return, and get an RMA/Credit.
To not get charged a restocking fee, your order must be cancelled on the same day it was submitted. Unless, an expedite was requested. In this case your order goes out the same day and there’s no way to turn it around before it ships.
If you buy the wrong part (and there is no error on the part of Task Industrial LLC), there is a 10% restocking fee. This does not include any shipping charges, which you would be responsible for paying Task Industrial LLC back upon receipt of the part.
If the order is deemed to be the fault of Task Industrial LLC (or our vendor) and we sent the wrong part, then we do not charge the restocking fee and return shipping is not charged.
